So from reading the reviews, It seems Dave was too ill to perform on Saturday. Poor guy! I know the H1N1 virus is going around, I hope he didn't get that. Get well soon Dave! A Prine show is missing something something without you over on the left!

I recommend lots of gingerale, chicken soup and garlic toast Dave!

And, believe it or not, rubbing 'Vick's' or 'Buckley's White' on the soles of your feet and putting on a pair of socks (or your all-in-one-feet-attached pajmas) works wonders, too.

Get well soon!

Canadian ginger ale, my homemade chicken noodle soup (to which I am will be cooking up a batch this week only because I am roasting chicken for Remembrance Day - November 11th) and I would ditch the garlic toast, drink straight whiskey instead - but only one jigger of it.

As for Vicks - yep - that is a product like gold. I love Vicks!

With the media news spreading h1n1 - lord - you look at any tv boardcast and just to watch it you would think you're going to get it...like it is a half of inch of water and you think you're gonna drown...

That's the way that the world goes 'round . . .

John said at the concert it was viral meningitis.... someone just posted it in the reviews

I do hope he is on the mend.... and his family has remained healthy

Yep - love the vicks on the feet... and toes... between the toes... something about that just plain makes you feel better

Oh that's awful - I hope he didn't have to suffer through a spinal tap. Get better soon Dave!

And yes CC - fresh out of a hot tub and into a warm bed with Vicks's on your feet - there's just nothing quite like it! It's the next best thing to a hug from your mom.

SE - I agree. Only to add Vicks on the chest - it helps you breathe. I would be lost without Vicks.

As I would be lost without Bicks - as in the pickles.

Vicks and Bicks - only on the prine shrine!

Mom always said " gargle with salt water and eat Ritz crackers with Ginger Ale"

Hey, my 85 year old Mom had surgery today to fuse her spine to prevent the pain which stems from that. It was a successful event and we hope to have her walking to her grandson's graduation, her grand daughter's wedding and many neat events. Prayers were answered. Thanks big guy!

A good day!

I'm thinking 'no news is good news' on the Dave front - hope that's the case! (although a thumbs up from anybody in the know would be real nice!)

Happy to hear about your mom too, RS - that's great! I envy you these years - enjoy them!
