I am working a glass sale tomorrow and we decided to dress up. Do you think anyone would "get it" if I went as an "Angel From Montgomery"? I have the basic angel outfit with the gauzy wings from when I went as "The Safe Sex Fairy"
I could wear a sash that says "Miss Alabama" - what do you think? Any other suggestions for a Prine-oriented cotume? Billy The Bum comes to mind. |

I think you and Bill should dress as an 'In Spite of Ourselves' couple. He can be sniffin' undies and sporting the brass monkey parts, while you cuss shavin' your legs, carry a DVD of convicts (they're on MSNBC every night it seems) and a plate of scrambled eggs with ketchup!
But in Wisconsin, who'd notice? |

Well, if I was going out trick or treating I would dress up as Lydia, my scarecrow - her clothes fit me very well! Gary he could go as himself, the noisemaker
One could go as Safety Joe, or dress yourself up in clocks and spoons, go as Jesus and hang a sign around your neck claiming you had missing years. Happy Spooks Day!

I love your idea, RS! Gotta go find a good convict movie! JPP - I'd love to see you dressed up as Lydia, but you just aren't that fat! |

Oh but wait, there is no word of Lydia being fat. She only has small eyes sunk deep in her fat. She just has puffed up eyes that day for when she cried by herself, alone in her room - where it felt like Sunday on Saturday afternoon - about Donald!
No treat or trickers here; however, on the side of safe - I have several pouches of microwave popcorn, rootbeer, ginger ale, rice krispie squares, chocolate chip cookies - just in case some lil bit of a spook should trot on down the drive.
Happy Halloweenie Day jpparadise |

So how would I portray Donald... after midnight in the stillness of the barracks latrine! |

I don't know RS - that could be a question for Mike Rowe...sounds like one of those "Dirty Jobs" to me!
I think (at this last Halloween minute) I'd have gone as a storm window - because I'm having 'witch's dreams'. I'd like to volunteer my children in Prine costumes as 'flies in the kitchen' tonight. (PASS THAT SWATTER PLEASE!) OK...just thinking it was enough....I'm sending them Angesl from Montgomery now!
