RESCHEDULED: Fair and Square on CBS Sunday Morning - July 3 (rescheduled from 6/26), CBS featured John Prine's Fair and Square on the music segment of the show hosted by Bill Flanagan. A clip of "Crazy As A Loon" from the June 20 taping of Austin City Limits was used in the segment.

Americana Music Association (AMA) annual awards show is to be held Sept. 9 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
Hands Across The Water is a project to raise funds to help rebuild the lives of the children so badly effected by the recent disaster in South East Asia. John & Fiona Prine have participated on track 8 of the CD - "Til a Tear Becomes a Rose" a rare duet between John and his Donegal born wife Fiona. The song was originally recorded for In Spite of Ourselves, and the Prine's gave the original tracks to to the project. To keep the Donegal spirit intact Altan's Dermot Byrne on accordion was added.
