First time seeing Prine for me too. Greg Trooper started with a good set, my hat off to him. John had mic trouble to begin, but once they fixed it, John obliged with a fantastic show, excellent acoustics as far as I was concerned. The highlight for my was the great rendition of "Bottomless Lake". Couldn't ask for a better show, as he took the stage from 9:00 until about 11:15. Included in the setlist were Souvenirs, Grandpa Was A Carpenter, Dear Abby, Sam Stone, you name it. John also did a solo rendition of
In Spite Of Ourselves. Best experience of my life!!!!!

First time live for me. John got me through college along with Dan Hicks.
Sam Stone was the highlight of the nite for me as I know of some who are not with us anymore that really liked Johns music and tragically Johns words rang true.
Life goes on and Johns show brightened up a gray spring up here.
Hope to see him again
